Pambele is a private, exclusive-use beach house and secluded haven, nestled within the Vilanculos Coastal Wildlife Sanctuary on the San Sebastian Peninsula, along Mozambique’s southeastern coast. With direct access to the Bazaruto Archipelago National Park’s pristine waters, guests can revel in unparalleled natural beauty.
Pambele is ultimately situated in the Vilanculos Coastal Wildlife Sanctuary (mozsanctuary.com), located on the San Sebastian Peninsula, outside of the Bazaruto Archipelago National Park.
The Bazaruto Archipelago, established as a National Park in 1971, teems with marine life. Witness an abundance of reef fish such as Surgeonfish, Moorish Idols, Parrotfish, Angelfish, and Butterflyfish. Regular sightings include Giant Turtles, Game Fish, and Devil Rays, and for the fortunate few, the elusive Dugong. Dolphins are a common sight, while Whale Sharks and Humpback Whales make spectacular appearances at certain times of the year (between August and October).
Recognized as a ‘Gift to the Earth’ by the WWF, this conservation paradise remains beautifully unspoiled. Pambele, perched on the edge of the pristine sands of the San Sebastian Peninsula, offers an exclusive escape where nature and luxury coexist harmoniously.
Pambele is easily accessible by helicopter or boat, making the journey seamless and exclusive.
When landing at Vilanculos Airport in Mozambique, you will be met by the Manager of Pambele Beach House, who will personally assist with luggage and a quick road transfer to Pambele’s private boat/catamaran, where you will embark and on your first boat ride to Pambele, arriving on the shoreline right in front of the home, and welcomed by the team.
